Student Bill of Rights

The goal of the Student Bill of Rights written by students for students is to assist schools to provide welcoming and engaging environments for students while offering them a variety of opportunities to partner with the school community to improve student achievement so that all students graduate college prepared and career ready.

Along with the above basic rights, students also have the right to the following:

– Free Expression
– Access and Equity
– Influence Decisions
– Counseling and Guidance
– Positive School Climate
