Our CHS English department uses the Springboard Curriculum, designed by the College Board and meant to prepare students for taking Advanced Placement English courses in the 11th and 12th grades. We use collaborative grouping and focus on developing writing and comprehension skills that allow our students to understand and engage with the world around them.
